All our products are non-returnable. All sales are final. We do not accept any returns or exchange of orders once the items have left our premises either by way of delivery or self-pickup. We greatly priorities your satisfaction and will thoroughly and wholly inspect our items before sending them out for delivery to you to ensure only the best quality is being sent out.

Cancellation & Amendment

To cancel/amend your order, please notify us immediately via WhatsApp +60 17-230 6828 (WhatsApp Only) or via email at info@dreamymakmur.com. Once your order is out for delivery, we do not accept any changes or amendments. If your request is accepted, we’ll create the refund via store credit only.
Dreamy Makmur will not accept responsibilities for late or non-deliveries under the following circumstances:

  1. The recipient is not present at the address given at the time the delivery was requested to take place.
  2. The address given was incorrect or insufficient.
  3. No such person at the given address.
  4. No valid contact number was given to us to make reasonable attempts to contact the recipient in order to execute the order successfully.
  5. In the event of any non-delivery, no requests for refund will be entertained due to the perishable nature of our products.
  6. Refusal of any item by the recipient will still be considered as delivered and no refund will be made.
  7. In rare cases of delayed delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, Dreamy Makmur will not be held liable for any claims.

Deliveries to multiple venues, even under the same customer bill, will be charged as separate deliveries.

No cancellations are allowed after the order has been confirmed unless special circumstances were being accorded on a case-by-case basis.

Damages and issues

Upon receiving your orders, please inspect and ensure all your items are correct.

For any wrong or incomplete orders, please notify us within 3 hours upon receiving your item(s).  All items should be unconsumed and in its original state for a refund or exchange of product, whichever Dreamy Makmur, by discretion, sees fit.

For defective products, such as products which have lost their original textures and/or appearances or products which contain non-edible elements, please inform us within one day upon receiving the item(s). Please provide us with the necessary proof of defect for us to investigate further. All items should be unconsumed and in its original state or partially consumed (in the state that such defect was discovered) for a refund or exchange of product, whichever Dreamy Makmur, in its discretion, sees fit. Dreamy Makmur is not responsible for products damaged by weather and uncertain storing condition.

Any claims of defective items received by us after 1 day, will not be entertained.

Refund

We offer a full refund (only applicable for postage order) if you have not received our products within 5 days from the date we shipped. To start a refund, kindly contact us via our social media or info@dreamymakmur.com. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
